Don't ask for more

Shades ni xpenting..lagi bagus duit tu buat fix gigi..hehe
This is the summary of our halaqah this week. The central issue is about qanaah= the feeling of contented if what Allah has given to us. It is interwoven with zuhud, basically. If we feel what we have is enough, it surely will leave our heart at ease. Zuhud is derived once we have a strong qanaah.. Qanaah leads us for modesty, bring us away from the lust for material and wealth. What is favored by Allah is  to devote our health for the happiness of others and religion, of course. Live generously, but at the same time don't be too spendthrift. Every pence that we spend needs to be based upon a well judgement on whether or not for it to be used for a particular purpose. When I was looking at my wardrobe last night, I came to realize there's a heap of clothes that I rarely wear.Considering that shopping can cure my boredom, my money had been wasted for nothing significant. Often that a person like me [hopefully you are not] will not find it wasting at the first place. Usually I will end up leaving the mall with a bag, even though the initial intention was to give an escort service...hehe. That's truly the effect of unwise judgement..Try to seize upon qanaah and keep it firm within yourself. I think it works as a shield from the undesirable bankruptcy XD
Haih..mana pegi duit sy ni...

Hadith12: The characteristic of the real mukmin is the one who always avoid unimportant things in life.
There is a clear line between what is good and what is bad..nothing comes in the middle. The true believers would never compromise in their action. They know how to distinguish between the twoIt's hard though. Enjoyable stuffs are normally have no purpose and we can easily get lured. [Facebooking, utubing, gaming, chatting..cooking..See..the drawbacks of technology!! Blame on the internet connection here which is super-fast!  *sigh*] Try our best to control it. Actually we ourselve can decide to be a master or victim. As soon as you realize that you have diverted to such "lagho" activities, pull yourself away and turn back to the main plan. What we need to do is to question ourselves, utilize our bright mind to evaluate what we do everyday.[so..so.. virtuous ^_^]

A story of Khaulah bint Thalabah- the reason of the revelation of Surah Al-Mujadilah. She's outspoken and brave. She's brave enough to say what is right and to argue for justice when her husband pronounced 'zihar' on her by saying “You are to me like my mother’s back” [It reminds me of the PAI lesson in 5J, where everyone got excited to learn about marriage XD] The great thing happened was when Allah listened to her complaint. Subhanallah.
